About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Therapeutic Support Health Care Assistant Worker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality recovery support care service to our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a first-class recovery support care service to service users
* Work collaboratively with the team to implement, develop, and evaluate the therapeutic programme
* Manage the support of complex individuals, ensuring end-to-end quality care coordination
* Ensure service users are appropriately assessed and inducted into the TC programme according to their individualised needs
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role or a related field
* Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with service users
* Ability to work flexibly, including weekends
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
