REMUNERATION: £30,000 - £38,000 per year, including Company Car, Bonus, and Benefits

We are in pursuit of proactive and knowledgeable sales experts with a background in New Product Introduction (NPI) and the construction sector. This position entails overseeing sales management across various branches, with an emphasis on optimizing sales through the cultivation of relationships with local tradespeople and businesses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF SALES BRANCH MANAGERS:

  • Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Achieve sales and margin objectives for a designated customer portfolio
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent feedback
  • Conduct regular visits to clients, provide quotations, and address inquiries in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the Regional Management Team on marketing and sales initiatives
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive customer records and sales activities
  • Coordinate with the Branch Manager to ensure timely deliveries to customers
  • Lead innovative initiatives and changes to improve business performance

REQUIREMENTS FOR SALES BRANCH MANAGERS:

  • Possession of a valid driving license
  • Proven success in field-based business development and team leadership
  • Prior experience in management within the trades, builders merchant, retail, glazing, or uPVC sectors
  • Strong commercial awareness, including negotiation skills and profit consciousness
  • Skilled in delivering sales presentations to a diverse clientele
  • Committed to providing outstanding customer service and achieving business objectives
  • Exhibits a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a readiness to contribute to business growth
  • Able to perform effectively under pressure
