REMUNERATION: £30,000 - £38,000 per year, including Company Car, Bonus, and Benefits
LOCATION: Field-based - Covering Beckenham and Sydenham

Eurocell, a publicly listed organization and the foremost supplier of uPVC products in the construction industry, regards its workforce as its most significant asset. We are a thriving, dynamic, and ambitious team seeking exceptional individuals to grow alongside us.

We are in search of proactive and knowledgeable sales professionals with experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) and the construction sector. This position entails overseeing sales management across the Beckenham and Sydenham branches, with a focus on maximizing sales through the development of relationships with local tradespeople and businesses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF SALES BRANCH MANAGERS:

Establish and cultivate relationships with both new and existing clientsAchieve sales and margin objectives for a designated customer portfolioEnsure customer satisfaction through consistent feedbackConduct regular customer visits, provide quotations, and address inquiries in a timely mannerCollaborate with the Regional Management Team on marketing and sales initiativesDevelop and maintain comprehensive customer records and sales activitiesCoordinate with the Branch Manager to ensure timely customer deliveriesLead innovation and change initiatives to enhance business performance

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SALES BRANCH MANAGERS:

Possession of a valid driving licenseProven success in field-based business development and team leadershipPrior experience in management within the trades/builders merchant/retail, glazing, or uPVC sectorsStrong commercial acumen, including negotiation skills and profit awarenessSkilled in delivering sales presentations to a diverse clienteleCommitted to providing exceptional customer service and achieving business objectivesExhibits a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to contribute to business growthAble to perform effectively under pressure
