Job Description

This role as Senior Account Development Manager is a critical part of our client services team. You will support your teams Account Manager/Senior Account Manager in developing lasting and meaningful relationships with our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client Relationship Management (35%): Building and maintaining relationships with clients, supporting your Account Manager and the agency in delivering exceptional work for the client.
  • Project Oversight (25%): Collaborating with internal teams to support project execution, including managing project timelines, quotes, and scheduling.
  • Strategic Planning (10%): Assisting in the execution of strategic plans as pre-determined by senior agency figures and clients.
  • Budget Management (10%): Supporting budget development and monitoring via Synergist, alongside your Account Manager.
  • Problem Solving (10%): Assisting in addressing project-related challenges from both a client and agency perspective.
  • Quality Assurance (5%): Participating in project reviews to ensure quality standards are met.

You will be measured on your ability to demonstrate the company values, meet and exceed your contribution to target objectives, scales of competency, client growth and satisfaction scores, and team feedback.
