Role Overview

This Senior Media Executive role is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in the media industry and grow within an established agency.


You will work closely with the Planner Buyer and Account Manager to implement and execute media campaigns across a whole spectrum of offline media.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Optimisation: Use data to make recommendations for optimising offline media campaigns.
  • Media Planning and Admin: Use DDS/Ad Dynamix/Echo/RAPS for planning and media admin tasks.
  • Client and Media Owner Liaison: Regular contact with media owners, highlighting invoice queries and raising to line manager.
  • Schedule Management: Spot matching and schedules, monitoring future TV programming and monthly TV reconciliations.
  • Campaign Updates: Liaise with clients and provide updates on campaigns using data from campaigns.
  • Media Scheduling: Use schedule and spreadsheet calculations, checking insertions against media schedules and update.
  • Vouchering and Delivery Instructions: Vouchering, COIs, and delivery instructions, negotiating with TV sales houses to deliver campaigns.


Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: Great attention to detail, excellent time management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Brilliant verbal and written communication skills, meeting deadlines and prioritising workload.
  • Industry Knowledge: A passion for the media industry – commercial media, adaptability and flexibility.
  • Data Analysis: Analytical, good with numeracy and enjoys working with data and excel.
  • Teamwork: Strong team player but should also work independently, quick learner who loves a challenge.
