Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Strategist to join our team at The Marketing Practice Limited. As a key member of our digital media department, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media campaigns that drive results.

With a strong background in social media marketing, you will have a deep understanding of the latest trends and best practices in the industry. Your expertise will enable you to create engaging content, build and maintain online communities, and analyze campaign performance to inform future strategies.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience managing social media campaigns and projects, preferably agency-side and within the B2B space. You will have a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns that meet or exceed client objectives.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. You will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram
  • Create engaging content, including written copy, images, and videos, that resonates with target audiences
  • Build and maintain online communities through social media listening and engagement
  • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and provide insights to inform future strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media, creative, and account service, to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
Requirements
  • Several years of experience managing social media campaigns and projects
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective advertising options
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
