About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new and innovative service that aims to prevent family relationship breakdown and support children to stay within their families and communities. You will work alongside children, their families, and other professionals to provide intensive interventions, including evenings and weekends, to support children and families to manage through a crisis and provide strategies and tools to enable them to sustain effective change in the longer-term.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with children, their families, and other professionals to identify and address the needs of families at risk of breakdown
- Provide intensive interventions, including evenings and weekends, to support children and families to manage through a crisis
- Develop and implement strategies and tools to enable families to sustain effective change in the longer-term
- Work collaboratively with other agencies and services to ensure a coordinated approach to supporting families
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the service's strategic plan
We offer a competitive salary of up to £31,364 (plus pending pay award), 27 days annual leave per year rising to 32 with 5 years service, and a generous Pension Scheme through the LGPS.
