Macclesfield College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Development Manager to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a range of learners studying AAT.

The Role
  • To work closely with the AAT team to identify additional courses that will develop apprentices' personal and wider skills.
  • Collaborate with employers to identify and promote any additional training opportunities.
  • Determine individual training needs and organize training to achieve planned outcomes within defined timescales in line with college processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Evidence of your right to work in the UK
  • Proof of Identity
  • A minimum of two professional referees to cover a five-year period
  • Health Declaration for any health conditions or disabilities for which you may need the college to make appropriate adjustments.
