**Job Overview**

We are looking for a skilled Learning Environment Assistant to cover classes in North West England, Cheshire, Macclesfield.

In this role, you will supervise students, manage classroom behaviour, and implement lesson plans in the absence of a teacher.

You will work closely with teachers and other staff members to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students during lessons
  • Implement classroom routines and procedures
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement lesson plans
  • Support students with special educational needs

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Experience working with children or young people
  • Understanding of child development and learning theories
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
