Early Years Teaching Assistant Role

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Teaching Assistant to join our team in the Early Years department. As a member of our team, you will play a key part in supporting the development of students' skills and knowledge in a supportive and stimulating environment.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for providing high-quality educational experiences for students. You will have experience of working with children in a childcare or early education setting, hold a Level 3 qualification, and possess a good standard of education, particularly in literacy and numeracy skills. Your ability to communicate effectively and establish positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues will be essential in this role.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Support the planning and delivery of learning activities in the Early Years department
* Assist with the management of pupil behaviour and maintain a safe and secure learning environment
* Use resources and materials effectively, including ICT software and equipment
* Establish positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
