Production Coordinator

D&AD is seeking a highly skilled Production Assistant to support the administration and delivery of our Awards and New Blood programmes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to entrants, handling incoming and outgoing entry queries efficiently and resolving all queries through our query database.
- Cataloguing and Data Management: Record and check entry data, process and file physical/digital entries, sort and open packages, quality-check moving image, stills, and web/app entries, edit awards entry media where necessary, identify and resolve problems with entries, and liaise with the operations team and management to resolve complex issues.
- Online Judging and Administration: Ensure all entries are processed to the required standard in time for online judging, liaise with judges to ensure they understand and complete the online judging process on time, resolve any issues raised by the judges during the judging process, keep management informed of any problems that may arise, and ensure all communication with the judges is consistent and in line with our tone of voice.
- Judging and Event Support: Assist with transportation and setup of work at judging, support changeover of jury sessions and judging rounds, support and assist the jury host during judging sessions when required, help resolve any problems and queries, and proofread written information if necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with G Suite and MS Office.
- Desirable: working knowledge of Adobe CC and a second language.
Salary: £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
