Job Description: STORM Events is seeking a Technical Event Services Coordinator to manage a team of passionate professionals, oversee the use and maintenance of AV equipment, and develop and implement operational policies. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of AV technology.

About Us: As a premier audio-visual events company, we provide comprehensive technical AV and staging services for corporate clients. Our team is passionate about what we do, and we pride ourselves on our creativity, technical expertise, unwavering commitment to excellence, and customer service.

Salary: Approximately £35,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support event logistics, including loading and unloading of equipment, ensuring everything is prepared for transport to event locations.
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all equipment and auxiliary items delivered to site.
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure the highest level of service delivery to the PM teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the AV events industry.
  • Strong understanding of audio-visual technology/event production processes.
  • Proven experience managing AV equipment, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
