Job Title: Senior Paid Media Manager

Location: Birmingham (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE

As a Senior Paid Media Manager at In Technology Group, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies across various platforms to drive growth and maximize ROI. You will lead a team of paid media specialists and collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to deliver innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of paid media specialists to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
  3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  4. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives.
  6. Present campaign performance reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  8. 3+ years of experience in paid media management, preferably in an agency.
  9. Proven success in managing paid media campaigns with strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  10. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
