37 hours per week
Offering hybrid working from their offices, typically 3 days per week in the office, with parking on site.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be the first point of contact for customers in regard to various queries about their accounts. You will be dealing with account-related matters such as reporting of issues, matters relating to their account balance, voids and letting of properties, mutual exchanges and dealing with changes to accounts.
Alongside this, you will be the main point of contact regarding service requests and logging them effectively and efficiently, coordinating with the Service Delivery team to ensure that services are carried out in a timely manner.
You will maintain the Service Register, fire safety, electrical safety, and damp and mould. You will also be responsible for registering and responding to complaints and compliments and carrying out customer satisfaction surveys.
An ideal background for the role would be as Housing Administrator, Technical Administrator, Service Administrator, Customer Services, or Service Helpdesk Coordinator.
