About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Home Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the General Manager, staff, and residents, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the Home.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting and processing data for invoicing purposes.
  • Following up on outstanding debts and reporting to Head Office.
  • Collating information for payroll returns.
  • Providing clerical support to the General Manager and other staff members.
  • Coordinating the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of three years of business administration experience.
  • Confidence in using computers and software.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • The ability to prioritize your workload and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
