Your focus will be on supporting the General Manager to maintain a compliant and effective care home, meeting stringent professional and statutory standards, and commercial performance targets. You will be responsible for providing inspirational leadership and management to the staff team, ensuring adherence to medication policies and procedures, and monitoring the wellbeing of each resident.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience working in a similar care environment, in a management position, and possess excellent leadership and management skills.
You will also need to have the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, be competent in the use of IT systems, and possess sound knowledge of the Care Standards Act 2000, the key lines of enquiry, and safeguarding. Adaptability and flexibility are essential, as you will be required to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
