Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collecting, consolidating, and pre-formatting customer data
  2. Uploading customer data to our cloud-based MI portal
  3. Analyzing and summarizing customer data in an easy and understandable way
  4. Creating, modifying, and updating client dashboards within our cloud-based MI portal
  5. Support with data analysis projects in other areas of the business
  6. Assist in the development of automated data management processes
  7. Day-to-day management of a small team
Requirements:
  1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  4. Experience with data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel
  5. Knowledge of data modeling, data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques
