Sales Support Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Assistant to join our team at Directions Recruitment Specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare internal costing spreadsheets and quotations for customers
  • Enter orders and manage customer requests for images and general correspondence
  • Collate weekly reports from Sales Account Managers and update them with relevant information
  • Assist with trade show involvement and Direct Despatch operations
  • Provide exceptional customer liaison at all levels, including meetings and correspondence
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years' office experience
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
