About the Role
We are seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Community Team within Forensic Services at The Humber Centre. The successful candidate will have either Community Mental Health or Forensic experience, with a preference for CCT registration in Forensic Psychiatry. We offer a positive approach to flexible working arrangements and consider applications for part-time hours.
Main Responsibilities
As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will provide medical leadership, assessment, and management of patients on the community caseload. You will also contribute to the on-call rota for the wider Forensic Service and be supported by Consultant colleagues working in the Forensic Division. The post holder will be responsible for the overall psychiatric care of specialized community forensic patients.

Person Specification
The post holder will be expected to be approved as a Responsible Clinician or be willing to undertake training to obtain Section 12(2) MHA and will be expected to renew this approval according to agreed procedures. The ability to commute within the Trust's geographical area with access to the appropriate means of transport is essential.
