About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our Community Team within Forensic Services at Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Community Mental Health or Forensic Psychiatry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and treatment to patients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical leadership and assessment of patients on the community caseload
  • Contribute to the on-call rota for the wider Forensic Service
  • Develop and implement evidence-based care plans to support patients in the community
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes for patients
