London Law Firm Front Desk Coordinator

As a skilled receptionist at McKinlay Law, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Main Responsibilities:
- Switchboard Management: Manage incoming calls, voicemails, and email enquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Reception Area Management: Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, including greeting visitors and performing related duties.
- Liaison Services: Coordinate with couriers, book taxis, and handle other ad hoc projects as required.
- Administration: Oversee diary management of meeting rooms, update rotas, and maintain telephone/call records.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a stellar telephone manner, and experience working in a corporate environment as a receptionist. This permanent role offers set hours from Monday to Wednesday.
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £42,000 - £50,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
