Meridian Business Support: Clinical Pharmacy Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacy Lead to join our private Healthcare client, managing and coordinating their Pharmacy team across all Urgent Primary Care services. The successful candidate will ensure regulatory, contractual, QOF, and CQC compliance are in place.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the Pharmacy team to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve medicine management across Urgent and Primary Care services.
  • Collaborate with the team to reduce waste and optimize medicine budgets.
  • Ensure high standards of medicines management are maintained across all services.
Requirements:
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the Urgent and Primary Care landscape.
  • Experience as a Pharmacist and people manager.
  • High level of social skill and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to delivering safe medicines management.
What We Offer:
  • Salary up to £55,000 FTE dependent on experience.
  • Permanent employment.
  • 24 hours per week (part-time).
