Lead Clinical Pharmacist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Pharmacist to join our team as a Clinical Pharmacy Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and coordinate our Pharmacy team across all Urgent Primary Care services, ensuring regulatory, contractual, QOF, and CQC compliance.

The successful candidate will have up-to-date knowledge of the Urgent and Primary Care landscape, including transforming medicines management processes. As a seasoned Pharmacist and people manager, you will be responsible for delivering safe medicines management across our services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of Pharmacists to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Developing and implementing innovative medicine management strategies
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve high standards of medicines management
  • Managing the medicine budget and reducing waste
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
