About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at Execo. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for conducting outreach on behalf of our clients, primarily growing tech companies, to warm and cold leads. Your primary goal will be to set meetings, sign prospects up for free accounts, and secure signed contracts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls, send emails, and LinkedIn messages to prospects in your clients' ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
  • Use a consultative approach to uncover needs, qualify prospects, and set next steps in the sales process.
  • Build a strong relationship with your client and work collaboratively to achieve sales goals.
  • Contribute to a team setting with opportunities for professional development and growth.
  • Support fast-growing companies with sales development and prospecting efforts.
Requirements
  • Must be a strong written and verbal communicator.
  • Have a working understanding of basic technology, such as G-Suite, Zoom, and other tools, and be willing to learn new systems with training.
  • Be open to technology companies and experience in startup culture.
  • Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Prior experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, door-to-door sales, canvassing, or phone banking can be beneficial.
