About the RoleThe successful applicant will provide management to our West Bromwich office, overseeing the accounts and coordination of our other sites. Key responsibilities will include:
- Implementing process and system alterations to improve business efficiency using business analysis techniques
- Producing regular finance reports, investigating discrepancies, reviewing invoices, and processing expenses
- Overseeing property management, including reviewing tenancies and contracts, liaising with suppliers and contractors, and resolving building maintenance issues
- Managing correspondence, including inboxes and post
- HR duties, including salary reviews, onboarding, and recruitment
- Other administrative duties as required
Applicants must have previous experience working within Operations or Office Management, as well as HR and line management experience. Excellent communication, organisation, and team-working skills are essential. Additionally, applicants must be highly competent at QuickBooks and have experience of budget maintenance.
