Head of HR Operations

Oliver Brookes is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead the development and implementation of HR services that drive business performance and scalability. As Head of HR Services, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of HR operations within our organization.
About the Role
- Lead the day-to-day operational excellence in the management of employee lifecycle activities across multiple sites.
- Develop and enhance HR solutions that enable business performance and are scalable to meet future needs.
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to implement the overall HR strategy, focusing on HRIS, self-service, automation, and standardization.
- Lead and develop a team, improving ways of working, streamlining processes, and educating the business on new HR practices.
Requirements
- Proven track record in leading HR operations and systems within a matrix environment.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills to build relationships at all levels and deliver ambitious outcomes.
- Experience in customer-facing, consumer-driven businesses is highly desirable.
