Head of HR Operations

Our client, a leading organisation in their field, is seeking a Head of HR Services to shape the future of HR operations. This role will ensure that HR services are scalable, efficient, and aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team to deliver HR operations and systems within a matrix environment.
- Provide leadership and direction to develop and enhance HR solutions that enable business performance and are scalable to meet future needs.
- Contribute to the implementation of the overall HR Strategy, specifically contributing to a HRIS journey towards greater self-service, more automation, better data, and increased standardised approach to process.
- Streamline processes and ensure the business is educated on new ways of working, and the value of an efficient Shared Service offering.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and influencing skills to build relationships at all levels, inspire the team, and deliver ambitious outcomes that support the company's HR strategy.
- Experience of working in a customer-facing, consumer-driven business, with a proven track record in leading HR operations and systems within a matrix environment.
