Head of HR Services Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of HR Services to join our team at Oliver Brookes. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for shaping the future of HR services, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with our company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of HR professionals to deliver exceptional HR services to employees across multiple sites.
  • Develop and enhance HR solutions that enable business performance and are scalable to meet future needs.
  • Work closely with the wider HR team to implement our overall HR Strategy, focusing on HRIS, self-service, automation, data, and process standardization.
  • Provide leadership and direction to improve ways of working, streamline processes, and educate the business on new HR practices.
  • Build relationships at all levels, inspire your team, and deliver ambitious outcomes that support our HR strategy.

Requirements:

  • Strong HR Operations/HR Shared Services experience, preferably in a customer-facing, consumer-driven business.
  • Proven track record in leading HR operations and systems within a matrix environment.
  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements.
