Global Payroll Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Payroll Manager to lead our EMEA payroll function. The successful candidate will have experience managing large payroll teams and implementing global payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a large European payroll function with a team of 15+ employees
- Lead a team and operate in over 30 countries
- Directly responsible for oversight of a team of 15+ operating in multiple different countries
- Involved with payroll migrations and vendor selection/consolidation
- Ensure calculations are made accurately and timely
- Manage relationships with vendors, internal and external auditors, HRBPs, Global Finance, and more
- Deliver processes, projects, and payroll cycles
- Implement changes (Rewards, Compensation, Salary Adjustments etc.)
- Support, train, and develop the team and lead projects that align with wider business plans
Requirements:
- Has managed and led a large payroll function (ideally 8 employees and more)
- Has global and EMEA Payroll coverage for multiple different countries (including central and western Europe)
- Previously involved in payroll migration, system implementation, parallel running, and vendor selection
- Worked with key stakeholders in numerous areas of the finance and HR functions, as well as internal and external audit oversight
- Strong ability to manage a diverse, large workforce, workload prioritization, and delegation for multiple countries, change management, and motivate and train the team in a global environment
- Willing to travel to Frimley 4 days per week

- 4.5 day working week (Half Day finish every Friday)
