Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a reputable care home in Betws-y-Coed, Conwy. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working under the guidance of an experienced manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centred care to residents with a range of general nursing needs
  • Accurately maintain service users' records
  • Administer medication
  • Monitor and assess residents' needs
  • Lead a team of carers and liaise with outside professionals
Requirements:
  • Nurse qualified (ideally RGN or RMN)
  • Strong clinical skills
  • DBS clearance and good references
  • Awareness of core care standards
  • Experience in a nursing home setting (ideally)
  • Exceptional standards and a commitment to resident care
  • Professional attitude and reliability
