About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Complete Care Amegreen. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs in their own homes.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong desire to make a positive impact on people's lives, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will receive comprehensive training and clinical support to develop your skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and support. You will need to be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and have a full driving license.

Previous care experience is not necessary, as we provide full nurse-led training. However, you will need to be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
