About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Complete Care Amegreen. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs, including those with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
Requirements
- Be Social Care Wales registered.
- Hold an NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
- Have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
