Job Summary

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to provide high-quality care and support to our clients. As a Care Assistant, you'll work closely with our team to deliver personalized care plans, promote independence, and enhance the overall well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care plans and promote client independence.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
