Actuarial Graduate Trainee

At Tussell Limited, our Actuarial team helps insurance organisations navigate financial complexities by analysing past data and advising on financial implications. Graduates joining this program will gain expertise in actuarial skills such as reserving, data analytics, and regulatory reporting, alongside key consulting skills.
- Perform detailed testing of claims data to identify trends and challenge management on unusual movements.
- Create independent cashflow models for products such as annuities, whole life, and term assurance.
You will be part of a diverse team of experts, supported by coaching, mentorship, and one-on-one guidance. You will receive comprehensive training and development to excel in your professional career.
Key requirements include:

- The ability to communicate complex ideas in non-technical language;

With an estimated salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the world's most recognisable companies, including those listed on the London Stock Exchange.
