At CV-Library, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Education Support Worker to join our team of tutors in providing one-to-one support for children awaiting school placements. This rewarding role will require you to collaborate closely with County Councils and Schools to deliver high-quality educational services.

Job Details

We are looking for someone who can support children with a range of additional complex needs, utilising their expertise in SEN/HLTA tutoring to make a positive impact on our students' lives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build strong relationships with pupils, families, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised tuition and support to children awaiting school placements.
  • Work collaboratively with County Councils and Schools to develop and implement effective educational strategies.
  • Cultivate a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic growth and social development.
