Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team at The Recruiter Ltd. As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Client Service team and driving process improvement across our regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Process Improvement: Establish effective functional processes that meet desired metrics and business expectations, aligning with our overall business strategy.
- Project Management: Deliver plans against target deadlines and business objectives, applying project and change management best practices, such as Six Sigma and Lean.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure rollouts and ongoing execution meet quality standards and benefit realization expectations, identifying opportunities for process improvements and sharing with the broader community.
- Communication: Facilitate the communication of lessons learned as part of implementation efforts, sharing insights within a function or minor region, as well as to the broader team of Operations Managers.
- Business Acumen: Translate business strategies and objectives into business requirements.
- Training and Development: Assist junior staff with training and development.
- Operational Processes: Ensure operational processes are communicated effectively to parties responsible for technical development and implementation.
- Data Analysis: Assist with data analysis to drive process improvements.
- Expertise: Areas of expertise include CLASS IMR, Xchanging &/or Bureau, ECF, XOL, Binders, Treaty, Delegated Authority & Claims.
- Business Operations Experience: Strong business operations experience is required.
- Business Acumen and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Teamwork and Business Relationships: Ability to work in teams and cultivate strong business relationships.
