Business Operations Insurance Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Insurance Specialist to join our team at The Recruiter Ltd. As a key member of our Client Service team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement: Establish and maintain effective functional processes that meet desired metrics and business expectations, aligning with our overall business strategy.
- Project Management: Deliver plans against target deadlines and business objectives, applying project and change management best practices, such as Six Sigma and Lean, to all related work.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure rollouts and ongoing execution meet quality standards and benefit realization expectations, identifying opportunities for process improvements and sharing with the broader community.
- Communication: Facilitate the communication of lessons learned as part of implementation efforts, sharing insights within a function or minor region, as well as to the broader team of Operations Managers.
- Business Analysis: Translate business strategies and objectives into business requirements.
- Training and Development: Assist junior staff with training and development.
- Process Communication: Ensure operational processes are communicated effectively to parties responsible for technical development and implementation.
- Data Analysis: Assist with data analysis to drive process improvements.
- Expertise: Possess strong business operations experience, with areas of expertise including CLASS IMR, Xchanging &/or Bureau, ECF, XOL, Binders, Treaty, Delegated Authority & Claims.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrate strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work in teams and cultivate strong business relationships.
