About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled nurse to take on the role of Clinical Lead for our Endoscopy Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading the team to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of nurses and healthcare assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth running of the unit.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement projects to enhance patient care and experience.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Nursing team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Provide education and mentorship to the team to develop their clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Assume direct responsibility for the day-to-day running of the unit, prioritizing workload and coordinating care.
