Clinical Lead/Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our Neurodiversity Pathway team. As a Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical leadership to the Autism Assessment team, which provides diagnostic assessments to children and young people with symptoms of Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC/D) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
This is an exciting opportunity for a Psychologist with experience of working with children with neurodiversity to progress into a Clinical Lead position. You will be responsible for overseeing psychological assessments and reports, providing clinical supervision to HCPC registered clinicians, and chairing MDT discussions.
About the RoleThis role will be suitable for a Psychologist who has experience of working with children with neurodiversity and who is experienced in or would like to progress into a Clinical Lead position. You will be part of a dynamic team that provides assessments and treatments to children with symptoms of Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC/D) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership to the Autism Assessment team
- Oversee psychological assessments and reports
- Provide clinical supervision to HCPC registered clinicians
- Chair MDT discussions
- Work with stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
- Experience of working with children with neurodiversity
- Experience of providing clinical supervision to HCPC registered clinicians
- Experience of overseeing psychological assessments and reports
- Experience of clinical leadership
- Experience of chairing MDT discussions
