Senior Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our Staff Psychology Service. The successful candidate will work closely with our Lead and Principal Psychologists to provide a range of interventions, including psychological therapy, consultation, and debriefing, to support staff wellbeing and resilience.
The Staff Psychology Service is a key part of our organisation, providing proactive initiatives such as reflective practice and supervision to promote staff wellbeing. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues across the trust to develop and deliver bespoke interventions and resources.
Main Duties of the Job- To provide highly specialist psychological assessment and formulation for teams and staff members.
- To provide a range of psychological interventions, including individual therapy, consultation, and debriefing.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and deliver bespoke interventions and resources.
- To maintain an awareness of the impact of challenges at an individual or team level on the provision of safe and good quality clinical care.
- To undertake risk assessment and risk management for individual clients and provide highly specialist advice to other professionals on psychological aspects of risk assessment and risk management.
