Job Title: Branch Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Branch Assistant to join our team at Meridian Business Support Limited.

About the Role:

As a Branch Assistant, you will be the face of our wholesale branch, providing exceptional customer service to trade professionals and members of the public. You will be responsible for managing shop displays, highlighting promotions and store offers, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service on the Trade Counter
  • Manage shop displays and promotions
  • Process customer transactions and handle customer queries
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team and delivery driver to ensure efficient operations
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment
Requirements:
  • Valid In-date Full UK Drivers Licence
  • Over 21 with no more than 3 points on licence
  • Customer-focused with experience of working in a customer-facing role
  • Proactive approach and ability to build relationships with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Flexible approach and ability to work under pressure
