Job Title: Office Administrator
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Lawson Wright LLP. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist with special projects and office events
- Act as a liaison with general and administration departments
- Assist in the communication with SRA and other local regulatory authorities
- Work closely with the staff and lawyers in planning and execution of office-related initiatives and events
Requirements:
- Fluent in oral and written English, excellent command in Chinese/Mandarin is required
- Minimum bachelor's degree (min 2:2) majoring in business, business management and/or marketing/digital marketing
- 2+ years working experience in a role assuming certain duties the same as or similar to those as listed below
- Familiar with the local legal landscape and cultural nuances is required
- Information and communication technology (ICT) skills
- High level of Microsoft Office skills including in particular Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
