About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Host to join our team at The Old Courthouse. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Manage table bookings and reservations efficiently
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a fair and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service

Requirements:
