About the Role:

We are seeking a charismatic and friendly Breakfast Host to join our team at Leonardo Hotel Cheltenham. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests in the hotel's restaurant and bar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized restaurant and bar area
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
