As an EMEA Payroll Operations Specialist at Global Accounting Network, you will be responsible for managing payroll across 25 locations, ensuring timely processing and compliance with FCA regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Process monthly payroll for the EMEA region, adhering to strict deadlines and regulatory requirements
- Liaise with internal teams and external providers to ensure smooth workflow and efficient communication
- Collaborate with local regional teams to maintain high accuracy and zero tolerance on errors
- Proven experience in Financial Services, with a focus on payroll management
- Familiarity with payroll systems, preferably ADP Streamline
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
