Fire Safety Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Fire Safety Engineer to join our team at Penguin Recruitment Ltd. As a Fire Safety Engineer, you will be responsible for developing fire strategies and performance-based designs, supported by fire and evacuation modelling, risk analysis and cost benefit analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop fire safety engineering reports
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Review design information such as drawings and documents
  • Ensure work is compliant with client expectations and contractual obligations
  • Resolve fire engineering concerns by applying accepted principles, codes, and standards

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering (Fire, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, or similar)
  • Relevant experience is desirable
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Computer Literate E.g. Blue Beam, Microsoft, CAD, Smoke modelling software
  • Ability to travel within UK and Overseas
