About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our in-house Clinical Team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for the children we support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold a speech and language therapy caseload and contribute to staff training and consultation
  • Provide information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies as required
  • Work collaboratively with our Clinical Teams to maintain a person-centered, empowering approach

Requirements:

  • BSc or Masters in Speech and Language Therapy
  • Registered with the HCPC and RCSLT
  • Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience of working with children, young people, and adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism
  • Full valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle
