Flexible Education Support Specialist

Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Teaching Assistant to join our team in supporting students across Reception, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2 in various schools within Ealing. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children in an educational setting and possess relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant certification.
About the Role
- Provide individual support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or work with small groups to deliver tailored learning interventions.
- Assist students in thriving academically and socially by fostering their confidence and independence.
- Collaborate closely with class teachers and SEN coordinators to adapt lessons to meet individual needs.
