Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a confident and charismatic Account Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, developing positive working relationships, and driving client retention and satisfaction.

- Customer-focused: You will be a highly organized person with great attention to detail, thriving on developing and maintaining close relationships with clients.
- Manage multiple client accounts, developing strategies across digital and communications.
- Develop positive working relationships with all client contacts, driving client retention, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, anticipate them, and identify new business opportunities within your portfolio.
- Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research.
- Proven experience as a Senior Account Executive, Account Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role.
- Ideal agency experience or in-house managing multiple brands.
- Capable of building strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent listening and presentation skills.
- Sharp attention to detail.
SDL Solutions Limited offers a competitive salary between £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.
