Client Success Manager

As a Client Success Manager at SDL Solutions Limited, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results for our clients. With a strong focus on building long-term relationships, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies that drive success.
\
In this role, you will manage multiple client accounts, develop positive working relationships with all client contacts, and drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction. You will also leverage technical tools and data to manage campaigns and exceed expectations.
\
We are looking for an experienced professional who can bring a passion for delivering incredible outcomes. If you have a proven track record of running comms/marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts, excellent writing skills, and attention to detail, we want to hear from you.
\

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, pension contributions, regular social events, two mental health days per year, annual mental health workshop, healthcare top-up, and much more.
